Awareness Seminar on First Aid for Heart Attack *

An awareness seminar on first aid measures to be taken during a heart attack was conducted today that has been jointly organized by the college and A voluntary organization ‘Vijay Katakam Heart Foundation‘, for students and faculty members.

Principal Dr. D. Maheshwar garu delivered the presidential address, stating that such seminars are highly beneficial as heart-related problems have become one of the leading causes of death worldwide.

Vijay Katakam Heart Foundation CEO Vadlana Kiran,Dr. Pendekanti Srinivasa Rao, a GSL Hospital doctor from Rajamahendravaram, as the resource person for the attended the event in which faculty and students were given hands-on training on how to perform CPR, enabling them to learn the technique practically.
