Dr. N. S. N. Lakshmipathi Raju, Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), has been deputed as Controller of Examinations (In-charge) at Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Engineering College (Autonomous), Odalarevu, with effect from 09 October 2025, as per the directions of the Hon’ble Secretary and Correspondent, for the smooth functioning of the regular activities of the Autonomous Examination Section.

He has a total professional experience of 24 years, comprising 12 years of teaching experience and 12 years of technical experience in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. His academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, an M.Tech. degree in ES with First Class with Distinction, and a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with First Class with Distinction. He also holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering with First Class with Distinction.

His academic and research contributions span various areas of Electronics and Communication Engineering, including Wireless Sensor Networks, Cognitive Radio Networks, Embedded Systems, Satellite Communication and Navigation Systems, VLSI Design, Digital Communication, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He has published research papers in journals and conference proceedings and has co-authored two books in the fields of satellite-based navigation and mobile communications. He has also registered and published a patent titled “A Personalized Health Care Monitoring for Diabetic Patient by GIS” in the Patent Rights India Official Journal on 13 September 2019.

As Controller of Examinations (In-charge), he is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Autonomous Examination Section, including examination planning and scheduling, the conduct of examinations, coordination of the evaluation process, preparation and declaration of results, and the issuance of grade cards and academic certificates. He strives to ensure that examination-related activities are carried out systematically, accurately, confidentially, fairly, and transparently in accordance with the applicable academic regulations and institutional procedures.

His technical expertise, academic experience, research orientation, and commitment to institutional responsibilities support the effective administration of examination-related activities and the maintenance of academic standards at the college.
